Refund policy

We'll be happy to assist you with the return process. Specifically,
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use the original box for packaging if possible. Otherwise use a similar box for returning.
- Include a tracking number for return shipping. We are not responsible for any missing items during the return shipping.
- Refund will be issued after receiving the returned item.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return the boxes/bags with our logo as well.
